Price range: $50.00 through $637.50

Brand:

The Everyday (Conversational) English Course is designed for learners who want to prioritize fluent and spontaneous spoken communication, moving beyond basic grammar to engage in natural, dynamic conversations.

Content Focus:

• Fluency & Spontaneity: The primary goal is to reduce hesitation, speak smoothly, and express ideas naturally in real-time.

• Authentic Discussion Topics: Engaging in lively discussions about current events, hobbies, travel, cultural differences, personal experiences, and social issues.

• Natural Pronunciation & Intonation: Refining rhythm, stress, and intonation to sound more natural and expressive, helping learners convey emotions and nuances.

• Active Listening: Developing the ability to quickly process and understand spoken English in authentic, often fast-paced conversational settings.

• Conversational Strategies: Mastering techniques like turn-taking, asking follow-up questions, interrupting politely, expressing opinions, agreeing/disagreeing tactfully, and asking for clarification.

• Idiomatic Language: Incorporating common idioms, phrasal verbs, and everyday expressions to make conversations more authentic and vibrant.

English Proficiency Level: Ideal for students at A2 (Pre-Intermediate) to C1 (Advanced) levels. While some foundational conversational classes may be available for strong A1 learners, the course thrives with those who have a basic grasp of English grammar and vocabulary.

Target Audience Age Group: Best suited for college students and adults of all ages. Learners should ideally have some basic English knowledge before joining, as the focus is on applying language rather than starting from scratch.

Teaching Materials: As an advantage of private classes, tutors are very flexible in resource selection depending on student’s age, level and learning style. Lessons often follow a well-defined syllabus, incorporating a core digital textbook and supplementary online materials. Spontaneous conversations can play an important role as well. The topics include popular issues, real-life situations, and topics depending on your or tutor’s choice.

Methodology: The core of the course involves tutor (textbook) and/or student-led discussions, debates, and casual chats. Practicing real-life conversational scenarios such as making introductions, social gatherings, or problem-solving dialogues. Short audio clips, video snippets from interviews, podcasts, or films to provide real-world listening practice can be utilized, too. Instructors prioritize continuous speech and communication, with error correction (if student wants).

Teaching Medium: All classes are conducted via Google Meet, providing a reliable and interactive virtual classroom environment. This platform allows for seamless:

• Live video and audio interaction: You’ll engage directly with your instructor and classmates in real-time.

• Screen sharing: For clear presentation of materials, exercises, and examples.

• Chat functionality: For quick questions, sharing links, and additional communication.

• Virtual whiteboards: Enabling collaborative writing and problem-solving during lessons.

Schedule & Duration Suggestion: While class frequency is highly dependent on an applicant’s availability, learning objectives, age, and enthusiasm, we offer flexible scheduling recommendations:

For a balanced and consistent learning pace, we suggest three 50-minute classes per week for the average student.

Applicants seeking intensive study may consider classes every weekday.

Conversely, for those preferring a more gradual approach, one or two classes per week are sufficient to maintain engagement.
