Getting Started: Learning English at Live English Time

Follow these steps to enroll our courses:

Find Your Perfect Course

Head to our All Courses page to pick the best fit for your age, level, and learning goals. If you need a little extra help, our course selection guide is there for you!

Customize Your Learning

Once you’ve chosen your course, select your preferred options like class length (25 or 50 minutes) and the package length (how many classes you want to pay for).

Complete Your Enrollment Form

After making your selections, you’ll be automatically taken to our enrollment form. Here, you’ll provide your details, including student name, contact information, and your desired weekly class schedule (days and times).

Secure Your Spot with Payment

After filling the form, you’ll be redirected to the checkout page to complete your payment. Currently, we accept PayPal. After filling in your billing details and processing the payment, you’ll receive an email confirmation regarding your payment.

Get Your Class Details

Once your payment is successful, we’ll process your enrollment! We’ll match you with the perfect tutor based on your level, schedule, and course. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive an email with your class start date, schedule, tutor details, Google Meet link, and a Google Calendar invitation. If you use Gmail, your classes will automatically be added to your calendar.

Enjoy Your Course!

When it’s time for class, simply click on your Google Meet link and enjoy learning with your tutor! You’ll get a reminder email shortly before each class, and you’ll use the same link for your entire course.

As your current package nears its end, we’ll send you a notification email, inviting you to continue learning with us. If you’re ready for more, simply make a payment for your next package of classes.

Seamlessly Continue Classes

Once your new package is purchased, your learning journey will continue uninterrupted with the same tutor and schedule.

Adjust Your Weekly Schedule

Need to permanently change your class schedule? Just let us or your tutor know your new availability. If your current tutor can accommodate, we’ll update it. Otherwise, we’ll offer alternative times or the option to switch to a new tutor.

Want to adjust your course material, class difficulty, skill focus, or assignment load? Reach out to us or your tutor anytime. We’re happy to tailor classes to your unique learning style and journey.

Pause Your Classes (Take a Break)

If you need a few weeks off, simply tell us the details in advance. You can resume your classes right where you left off after your break. You’re in control!

Request a Tutor Change
