    • About Course

The TOEFL Preparation Course is a highly specialized program meticulously designed to equip students with the necessary English language skills and strategic test-taking techniques to achieve their target scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) exam. This internet-based test is a widely recognized and often required English proficiency exam for admission to universities and colleges, particularly in the United States, Canada, and many other English-speaking countries.

      Content Focus:

      • Comprehensive Exam Strategies: In-depth training on time management, understanding all question types, and approaching each of the four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking) effectively for both Academic and General Training modules.

      • Academic Vocabulary & Collocations: Intensive focus on high-frequency academic words, discipline-specific vocabulary, and common collocations essential for higher band scores in all sections.

      • Complex Grammar Structures: Mastering the grammatical range and accuracy required to produce sophisticated and error-free language for the Writing and Speaking tests.

      • Task Achievement & Coherence (Writing): Learning how to fully address essay prompts (Task 2) and describe data/processes (Academic Task 1) or write a letter (General Training Task 1) with logical organization and clear progression of ideas.

      • Fluency & Coherence, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range & Accuracy, Pronunciation (Speaking): Specific drills and personalized feedback to improve all four criteria assessed in the Speaking test, focusing on natural flow, varied vocabulary, accurate grammar, and clear articulation.

      • Reading & Listening Comprehension: Developing skills like skimming, scanning, reading for detail, identifying main ideas, understanding inference, and recognizing opinions/attitudes in various text and audio formats.

English Proficiency Level: Ideal for students at B1 (Intermediate) to C2 (Proficiency) levels. A solid B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher foundation in General English is strongly recommended, as the course builds upon existing knowledge to tackle the complex demands of academic English and integrated tasks.

Target Audience Age Group: This course is suitable for individuals aged 16 years and older. It’s primarily targeted at university applicants, professionals seeking overseas employment, and individuals applying for immigration.

Teaching Materials: Our Exam preparation courses utilize a dynamic and comprehensive suite of teaching materials, carefully selected to provide you with the most effective and up-to-date resources for success. We believe that a blend of official, expertly-designed, and practical materials is key to mastering the IELTS/TOEFL exam.

Methodology: Extensive Practice Tests, targeted practice exercises and detailed feedback & scoring of those exercises are the main methodology applied for this course.

Teaching Medium: All classes are conducted via Google Meet, providing a reliable and interactive virtual classroom environment. This platform allows for seamless:

      • Live video and audio interaction: You’ll engage directly with your instructor and classmates in real-time.

      • Screen sharing: For clear presentation of materials, exercises, and examples.

      • Chat functionality: For quick questions, sharing links, and additional communication.

      • Virtual whiteboards: Enabling collaborative writing and problem-solving during lessons.

Schedule & Duration Suggestion: For an average Exam Preparation student, we recommend a class frequency of three to five days per week. Classes can be structured as 50-minute sessions each, or students may opt for 100-minute block classes per day.
